Tuesdays at the café

I am Italian & I have been cooking over 15 years, 4 years at Bonnington café. My cuisine is based on a fresh homemade policy like I learned in Italy.My Mediterranean recipes are evolving all the time. I create new recipes when I am in a passionate mood. Cooking is like part of me. Swings of moods are like swings of flavours, and everything is important, colours, smells, shapes on the plate with a pinch of combined spices and herbs are playing music for my palate in a song of food. All those recipes together will be a good start for my future publishing, “A creative recipe book”.

I am not vegetarian 100%, and I acknowledged this year that I am a chronic chocoholic, something that I tried to deny all my life, and my wife makes the best chocolate cakes in the world,and that’s not just my opinion.
